Recipient is membership@aiwcm.org on the PayPal form. The AIWCM adds a fee of US $2.00 to each PayPal dues payment to recover the fee that PayPal assesses AIWCM. You may also pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to AIWCM. You may print out this form and mail it in, or fill it out online and send it by clicking the 'Submit' button. Please note that your membership will not become active until payment is received via mail or PayPal.
